Business / Industrial Parks

Lindale Economic Development Corporation purchased two large parcels of land adjacent to Interstate 20 at Harvey Road in 2007 and is in the process of developing these parcels into a Business Park, and an Industrial Park.

The North Parcel is 135-acres and is located at the NW corner of I-20 and Harvey Road (County Road 433).  It is being developed as the Lindale Business Park and will have lots ranging from 2-acres to 13-acres.  The Business Park has two sites (10-acres and 13-acres) that are served with dual power from two different substations and would make natural sites for data centers.

The South Parcel is 120-acres and is located at the SW corner of I-20 and Harvey Road (County Road 433).  It is being developed as the Lindale Industrial Park and has three larger lots, 32-acres, 40-acres and 40-acres.  The Industrial Park is targeted for larger industry such as manufacturing, distribution and similar uses. There is a large Victorian house on the 32-acre parcel that goes with the parcel.  It could be used for an office, or for corporate housing.  The house is in good condition and was built in 1996.

Some lots are available for sale at this time and are served with utilities.  Some are still awaiting utilities.

Following are some drawings and photos of the two parcels:
