Demographics Updated on Lindale EDC Website 13-Mar-2009
Updated demographics were added to the Lindale EDC website on March 13, 2009. The demographics are derived through the State's Sites On Texas program. Sites On Texas pulls data from the major demographic company, Experian. The Lindale EDC website has a full profile including current city, county population estimates and 5-year projections.
Lindale EDC's profile also includes a full set of demograpics in "ring studies" in the following increments: 5-mile, 10-mile, 15-mile, 30-mile, 45-mile and 60-mile. Retail clients are often interested in the 5-10-15 mile increments for retail draw purposes. Industrial clients are interested in the 30-45-60 mile increments for workforce draw purposes.
